Shine on Stage is a public speaking and performance program designed to help youth develop confidence and express themselves clearly in front of an audience through structured, age-appropriate training.
Students build essential communication skills such as:
π£οΈ Articulation and voice projection
π Eye contact and body language
π Expression and stage presence
Participants also develop leadership and communication skills through storytelling, interviews, presentations, and group activities.
π A key feature of the program is its technology component, where students record their performances and review their progress, helping them grow in confidence over time .

A fun and engaging program focused on building confidence and creativity.
Students will:
Speak clearly and confidently
Use voice, gestures, and expression
Develop storytelling skills
Practice interviews and communication

A dynamic program focused on communication, leadership, and real-world speaking skills.
Students will:
Deliver structured presentations
Improve voice and delivery
Develop debate and argumentation skills
Learn research and explanation techniques

π¬ π οΈ TECHNOLOGY COMPONENT
Students are introduced to basic video recording and editing tools.
They will:
Record presentations and performances
Review their progress
Learn simple editing (cut, titles)
This helps students build confidence, self-awareness, and digital communication skills.
π§© π HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Each concept is reinforced through application:
π Session A (Oral):
Learn speaking skills (confidence, voice, structure)
π¬ Session B (Technical):
Record, review, and improve performances
This structure ensures students practice and apply everything they learn
π π FINAL SHOWCASE
At the end of the program, students participate in a graduation showcase performance where they present their work in front of family and friends.
